New Opportunity
We just listed Quail Run - a condo / rental project in Fountain Hills Arizona. There are 30 condos in an 88 unit development a half mile from the world famous fountain. Based on area comps, the condos are aggressively priced – even in this market.
The key to thia project is its flexibility. The pro forma in the attached brochure shows that the project pretty well covers itself by net rental income – all on month-to-month rental agreements. All available units are leased and there is a waiting list. The rental income can dramatically reduce holding costs while the buyer decides when to begin marketing the units for sale.
